Good morning,

I just wanted to take a quick minute to thank Kate in the leasing office and the maintenance staff for always being prompt, professional and easy to work with! My husband and I had an issue with our electric bill and despite the electric being handled by Guardian, Kate helped us handle the situation and had a member of the maintenance staff come to our apartment to inspect the meter. Not only did the maintenance tech check the meter, he noticed that we had our system to a setting that could have been the culprit of our bill. Kate relayed the message as promised, the same day!

Yesterday, my husband had an issue with our drain in our bathroom and he mentioned that he was in a rush to get to work and a member of the maintenance team was able to help fix the problem so that Tom could get to work.

I just wanted to thank everyone for always providing us with great, reliable service! We love living in Goshen Terrace and we are looking forward to our next year with the complex, as our lease just renewed.
