Message: I reside at Goshen Terrace in West Chester, PA. I am writing regarding the outstanding service that I have received from Robert Eshelman at the front office of Goshen Terrace. I have been having an ongoing problem with the power company Guardian Power & Water. When Guarding took over the previous company (ISTA) they have been billing me incorrectly since last year. I have been dealing directly with the supervisor from Guardian and even with providing them all of my statements & proof of payment for each month thus far, I have gotten no where. After speaking with Rob E. in the office and SOLELY because of his non-stop efforts of contacting the representative for the company (Dan Schafer), I have gotten a credit to our account. This has gone on for over 3 months & I am extremely appreciative of Rob’s timeliness in returning my calls & just “going the extra mile” in helping me resolve this issue. I has been a pleasure living here & Rob E. has always given 200% in making sure all issues including any mainetance requests or any other problems that may arise are taken care of in a timely & professional matter. Thank You Rob for all that you have done.
