The technician actually fixed a problem from 4 and a half years ago (dead heating element), a problem that the office would not send someone to fix at that time. So I can now take a warm shower, and wash with warm water. The real problem was a blessing. I requested a technician again, and this time the release valve was replaced. Now all is well. Thank you.
