My last request was about a neighbor’s beeping smoke detector, but he must have returned home the next day and fixed it. Sorry you came out for nothing!

At Berger Rental Communities, we constantly strive to make your stay with us enjoyable. How can we further improve our resident services department?
It’s probably not needed very often, but I would have cancelled that request if there was an easy way to do it. Is there any easy way to send a message to the maintenance dept. without sending another request?
