I was running out of hot water. The temperature on the water was set to 120 degrees (which I requested when they installed a new washer). This was the most energy efficient temperature without compromising heat. The maintenance tech set the thermostat to its highest setting. So, now I have HOT water. I thought they would check the element. Now, the heating elements that are working, are working twice as hard and using more electricity. Thus, driving up my electric bill.
