I have had the maintenance people up to my apartment 5 or 6 times now and have only been here for a month. I was told I would be receiving a new AC unit because ours doesn’t cool properly. I still have the same issue with it and every time they come to my place what are they doing? This is unacceptable we received a PPL utility bill for 18 days and it was over 100 dollars. We are not happy with the fact that we were being told one thing and getting nowhere with the problem at hand!
