For WOWing me by:    I have been living here for almost 2 years. I have gotten to know a few of your employees (see above) and they have always been professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. They are always working hard at keeping “my home” clean along with all of the other residents in my building. Too often in this world, we only seem to remember the bad experiences. With this letter, I hope that the goodness of your staff shines thru. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter and I hope you pass on my praises to your staff.
