For WOWing me by:     Joanna and Perrin at Highland Manor went above and beyond the scope of their job responsibilities by understanding time constraints on my end with regard to transitioning to my rental here; being flexible in allowing me, at the last moment, to change my initial rental selection to one that better fits my needs; providing fast and outstanding communications and overall amazing customer service; and by being kind, personable, and extremely attentive and effective with regard to some of the initial reported issues (even though they were minor) discovered after moving in. While both provided excellence in responsive customer service, Joanna continues to demonstrate outstanding professionalism and courtesy with regard to ongoing communications and assistance.
