</strong>I have to say that the service was beyond horrible. I have submitted three service requests, I believe back in July, and you guys have still not gotten to them. You supposedly came today, but there is still a gaping hole in my window, my screens are still the same, and my asthma is still in jeapordy because of all of this. For one of the times you did come, you neglected to complete the entire job. I understand that July was your &#8220;turnover month&#8221;, as I was told on the phone a month or two ago, but I submitted requests in mid-summer and it is now just about October and you guys have still not finished all of my requests. In fact, I have more requests that need tending too, but I am too reluctant to send them out because I am just going to assume they won&#8217;t get done. I am not trying to rant, but last year my requests were completed the day after I put them in. I am really surprised at your service, or lack thereof, and the fact that I have to pay a fee for it at all.</p>

</strong>I must say that the two young men that came and did the tiling for my living room and bedroom closets, were courteous and respectful. They understood that i needed my closet tiles re-done due to the wear and tear and not to mention the missing tiles. This of all things in the apartment should have been fixed before I moved in. This is not good customer service on Managements part. I hope to say some good things from here on out. I&#8217;m being optimistic.<br />
<strong>At Berger Rental Communities, we constantly strive to make your stay with us enjoyable. How can we further improve our resident services department?<br />
</strong>I had to wait one whole month before anything was completed. I am being very patient and i try to understand that there are other tenants besides myself. Communication is key in all situations and if I did not call to follow up with maintenance requests, i did not hear from the leasing office. I need to make certain that while I am paying rent that i get the best service that a good tenant deserves.</p>
