Steve was great, but there was no reason to have this problem when the toilet had been removed 3 times prior to this problem. It should have been addressed 3 weeks earlier.

Be neater when working in a persons apartment. complete tasks in a timely manner. Not lie to pacify renters. Specifics would be our balcony, our carpet, the entrace to the building. I will stop there! Thank you

 I just wanted to say how shocked I was to see the maintenance come today… When we filled out that worksheet about our apartment, and mailed it in – we were nit picky because I thought the purpose was to state even the littlest things wrong so that when we move we don’t get penalized for doing those things since they were there when we moved in. At my last apartment that is what I did, and no one came to fix the things I put on the paper, so I figured it was the same thing. We’re so shocked and happy even the littlest of things are of highest importance to you guys, thanks for fixing them!!!

not completely done.supposed to come next day to finish up rest but didnot show up again.please send them again asap

Questions/Comments: One thing that was wrong is that the small bedroom smells really bad. We cannot sleep in there it smells so bad.
