Although there was no service request left in my apartment, a kind notice was left on the door knob indicating a maintenance technician had been present and corrected the problem indicated what the problem was, how it was corrected and the time and date.

I have lived here for 15 years and have no plans to move. The place is very nice and quiet. many residents have lived here for a long time. heat is included and the area is great. I highly recommend the complex

I was very pleased-My fridge was delivered a day early and they were very quick. They also replaced my electric outlet in the Kitchen as well-

The faucet stopped leaking after the plumber fixed it, however it is leaking a little bit now – even after i have turned it all the way (very tightly). Maybe he should have left some instructions on how to handle the faucets.

At Berger Rental Communities, we constantly strive to make your stay with us more enjoyable. How can we further improve our resident services department?
The problem was solved after I sent an email directly to the proprietor (nothing was done when I sent the request through the school about 2 weeks ago).

Great place to live

My husband & I love it here. Our apartment is beautiful and roomy; we love the quietness as well. The manangement staff is very professional and extremely friendly. Any questions we had/have were/are addressed promptly. Jim, the maintenance man is a super nice, friendly person. He is very efficient and does a great job in handling any/all service requests. The grounds are kept nice and it is nice knowing you have a parking spot in the parking lot. Definately worth the price. We would highly recommend these apartmens to anyone.
