Happy that it was done, but it took a month, and it is still not complete. I have not been able to use my whole apartment during that time, and I am still not able to because the work is not done.
Is there anything that we can do to improve our service department?
The service technicians are great, when they are able to get to the service requests.

they left a ladder in the hallway, and did not return the furniture to where they found it. I have photos of this.

They were out fast. I didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly, especially since there was a hurricane going on outside. They even came back the next day to follow up.

I would like to thank: chuck in maintenance

For WOWing me by: chuck did a wonderful job when he replaced my bathroom floor. i have a friend that is a contractor & he said he would hire chuck to work for him (that’s means alot). chuck has done excellent service every time he has come to my apartment. if you have an employee reward system i would love for that to be chuck. please pass these words onto him.

Maintenance check my burners and they are ok. The big burners sometimes burn red & sometimes just particial he says they are ok. But I think they need replaced.
At Berger Rental Communities, we constantly strive to make your stay with us enjoyable. How can we further improve our resident services department?
My request get taken care of right away.
