I have now been living here for about 6 months and I love it. I have lived in some terrible apartments and houses and this is by far the best I’ve had. The room are spacious and are perfect for what I need. I have only had to submit a maintenance request once and they did it the next day and had detailed notes on what they did. Everyone at the front desk is EXTREMELY friendly, especially the property manager Christina. If you have concerns or questions they are always happy to help and do what they can to accommodate you. It’s interesting reading other reviews because it doesn’t even sound like the same place that I live. There are many buildings so I guess it’s possible that conditions can be different but I think some people are too picky. It is an apartment afterall, not a 5 star hotel so yes you may hear other people around you occasionally or have difficulty parking when it snows but that’s life. I know that when I have a problem or concern with my apartment the staff has my best interest in mind and that is all I can really ask for. Mailboxes are easily accessible and if you order a lot of things online like I do UPS and Fedex are able to drop packages right at your door which is very convenient because I have lived places that you have to have it sent to the front desk or leave instructions or some other hassle. Air conditioning in the apartment has wall units and they worked great this past summer. Now that its getting colder it’s nice to not have to worry about paying for heat because it’s free. Especially if we end up with as cold of a winter as we have had in the past that is a HUGE expense lifted off my shoulders. Overall I think it’s a excellent choice for an apartment and is a great place when considering a new place to live.
