I am a very happy tenant. The staff at Audubon is always willing and able to help and in a timely manner. Howard addresses maintenance issues within a few hours if not immediately. The staff (especially Alberto and Howard)are very friendly and concerned for their tenants. They are continuely working to improve the grounds. They work to create a great community feel within the complex with holiday events and local happy hours. The apartments are very spacious. They will paint a wall for you (or multiple if you wish) and that really adds to the character of the apartment. They are in a great location close to West Chester and feel very safe and secluded (which keeps the grounds very quiet). I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I moved in in August and am really enjoying living here! The staff are always friendly and helpful and maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly. The complex is quiet which I love and in a great location in West Chester. The complex and neighborhood feel safe and the grounds are well taken care of. Residents always seem to be notified ahead of time if any work is going to be done in the area (ie: if new steps will be installed in front of a building, if part of the parking lot is being repaved, if the water company is update pipes & pumps, etc) so residents can plan accordingly. I’ve had a very positive experience thus far and would definitely recommend the complex to friends!
