New Maint. Man Very Helpful

I recently moved into the apartments on March 1. I was having trouble with the shower drain not draining. I saw the new maintenance man Jim Drum after hours in the hallway and told him of the problem. He told me to go online and write a work order for him. Less than 10 minutes he knocked on my door and fixed the drain that very same night. He was very considerate and I knew it was well after his “work day” had ended at the property.
