I resently post a review of my displeasure of losing some of our deposit becasue of a general cleaning charge and carpet cleaning that the Maintenance Supervisor deemed needed to be done. Although I still do not agree that we should have been charged these charges, the Regional Leasing Coordinator cotacted me and explained that the delay for a response to my e-mail was due to the fact that the Bldg. Leasing Manager was no longer there and that it was taking them time to get through her in-box. She went on to say that the Regional Manager agreed to compromise and give us back the general cleaning charge and for this I am thankful and also satified with. I also told her that I never had any other issues with the Leasing Manager @ the apt. bldg. other then getting a response for my last couple of e-mails that I had sent. The Leasing Manager was great to us for the very begining and throughout our son’s stay there. I do think that if the Maintenance Supervisor is going to be the one that determines whether someone is to be refunded their Security deposit that they should be doing the walk through with the people in the begining not the Leasing Manager. That is just my thoughts where that is concerned. So overall i would recommend Highland Manor Apartments and truly appreciate them responding to my e-mail and refunding us more of our deposit.
