I moved here falling for the convience I had to come home for lunch as I have a new born at home. Its been 4 months now and month after month my electicity bills almost doubled and has now come close to $400 – I tried to escalate this both to Berger and also Guardian Water and Power (yes you cannot take directly from Peeco) but no use. The only answer they will give you is the price have increased in summer and the A/C usage has increased. I did see several reviews on this place something fishy happening with the electric charges but ignored it at that time as I did not had many choices and paying dearly for it now, I am hearing the same from my friends as well who live here. So please be aware of this.

It is so nice to hear that another resident has our problem! My husband and I LOVE our apartment and love the surrounding area but we are LIVID at our electric bills. My parents live in a 2,000 square foot colonial house with four AC window units running all day long and their bill was $237. The amount of our electric bill for a 2 bedroom apartment that is 890 square feet was $376 for June/July and $423 for July/August. We would have absolutely recommended this complex in a heartbeat to anyone but now, I hope people listen and stay away. It’s a shame.
