Nice Place to live

I have been a resident at Goshen Terrace for over 3 years now and while the rent has gone up at each renewal, so has everyone else’s at all the other apartments. It is still a great place to live. The people in the office have always been nice. Stacey (who sets up the maintenance appts) is always very helpful and nice, and the maintenance guys have always been great. They come right out, they keep your place clean while they are there and things are fixed right the first time. One of the maintenance crew, Johnny, always double checks to make sure things are working better after he’s been out which is very nice. Our neighbors are nice. It’s always pretty quiet. I’m not sure where some of these bad reviews are coming from; we’ve never had a problem in all the time we’ve been here.
