I moved in here on Saturday and plan on writing another review when I’ve lived here longer, but so far I love it! Moving in was easy. Everyone from the leasing agent to maintenance to our new neighbors were really friendly. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. We had three small maintenance issues, all of which were fixed immediately. The building and grounds are well lit and seem safe. It’s conveniently located to downtown west chester and surrounding exton and paoli areas.
