they steal your security deposit
first they put you in messy nasty trashed apartments
then when you leave and leave it nicer than it was left for yo they still keep all of your security deposit money
what evil people
the people in the office are there all the time, but NEVER willing to help

As part of the management team of Goshen Terrace, I would like to offer to help you. I understand your desire to remain anonymous, however, I would love for you to contact us to see if there is any additional information that we can provide to you regarding your security deposit. We take pride in providing our residents with apartments in good condition. We complete pre-move in inspection reports so that we can document the exact condition of the apartment at the time of move in. When residents move out, we refer to this pre-move in inspection report to determine if damages were caused by the resident. We expect reasonable wear and tear to the apartments and we do not make deductions from the security deposit for reasonable wear and tear. We take photos of the apartments to document the condition when residents move out.
