After living at goshen terrace for 3 years i can honestly say i wish i never did. The office is horrible at responding to calls or emails. For awhile I believe they outsourced their phone calls to another location and rarely returned calls…not sure if this is still the case though. I cant even count the amount of times i had to call to ask them to turn the exterior lights on at night (and it should have been many more times, we just didnt bother because they never got it fixed correctly. This was an issue because it was very dark with the lights out… not fun to have to walk to your apartment like that. The greatest part about goshen terrace however is their maintenence team…. they were always quick and nice….great people, maybe they should be running the office too!

I have lived at Goshen Terrace for a year now. Although I agree that they need more lights on at night, something I will recommend to the management, I do not understand the comment about the office not responding to e-mails or phone calls. From what I have seen, the office staff are extremely personable and helpful. I recently had an issue with my rent being mistakenly deducted twice from the online server–it was an electronic glitch. The second withdrawal was immediately refunded to my account in under 24 hours and the office staff was very concerned.
