Message: Living at Goshen Terrace was one of the worst experience I have ever had. Dont get me wrong there was a few good things like they are the cheapest apartments in WC but I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” was true here. The things that I didn’t like about living at Goshen Terrace was that the snow removal was awful. It took 4-5 days for the roads to be cleaned up. The windows are horrible. If your bed is by the window be ready to feel the cold drifts at night. And the last and final thing is the move out process was the worst I have ever seen. WI was charged a full$1200 to move in and when I moved out I had to pay another $500. Make sure you call maintenance on every little issue because if not they will charge you with whatever they can when you move out. In my opinion DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Pay a little more where you will be happy!!!!!
